Olsen Paint Horses was started 15 years ago with the goal of producing a high quality form to function halter horse. We are small by comparison, however our results are right up there with much larger operations. We place special focus on our mares and continually strive to incrementally move up our quality. We typically start a brood mare prospect showing as weanlings and show her through her 3-year-old year and if she meets our standards for quality and temperament, then she will retire to our brood mare group.

All of our foals are worked with and gentled from birth; most will hit the futurity circuit. When you purchase them they clip, tie, square up, and are used to being hauled.
Our goal is never to be the largest but to produce a high quality well bred animal that will bring their owners pride and joy in owning and showing.
